5187170746_feb624357e_oLeadTech Consulting was formed by Frank Birge with the goal of providing Senior Living Communities a resource for effectively utilizing their lead management system.

Frank has worked with the Senior Living Industry for over 12 years. His initial exposure to the industry was with Greystone Communities in Dallas, TX in the capacity of Senior Living Counselor at a new community being developed in Las Vegas, NV.

Frank soon joined the corporate staff at Greystone as Marketing Information Specialist. His initial focus was to convert dozens of communities using ACT! as their marketing automation system to the industry leading software – MatrixCare MarketingREPS”. These communities were also configured to be centrally connected to Greystone corporate offices utilizing an “Enterprise” structure. Frank’s responsibilities included design, implementation, staff training (initial & continuing), maintenance, and support of hundreds of end-users and corporate staff. When Frank left Greystone – he was supporting over 40 communities on the enterprise.

Frank left Greystone and joined RLS (Retirement Living Services) in Hartford. CT. They had “REPS” in their communities but it was being severely under-utilized. Frank’s initial role was to bring all of the communities up to common standards, train staff, and move all of the communities on to an “Enterprise” environment – as he had done at Greystone. In addition, Frank worked extensively with corporate management and staff to create custom reporting which pulled data directly from “REPS” – eliminating the double data entry which was being done.

Having worked with so many communities, Frank saw the need for a common industry resource with which communities could work. A independent resource that offered analysis of their system utilization and could make corrective recommendations and implement those changes – while also providing staff training geared to practical application vs. theory. Another key element to the overall concept was continuing support & assistance by means of consistent data monitoring & auditing which most communities do not do.
